The Texas Spatial Reference Center (TSRC) is housed at the Conrad Blucher Institute for Surveying and Science at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. TSRC is a legislatively mandated center, established to define and maintain Texas's official spatial reference systems and geodetic control network. TSRC is the state's leader in Texas's transition to the modernized National Spatial Reference System, a nationwide effort led by the National Geodetic Survey (NGS).
