As Director of the Texas Spatial Reference Center (TSRC), Amanda builds strategic partnerships and secures funding mechanisms to support the Center and and establish it as Texas’ premier source for geospatial guidance. Amanda also serves as Texas’ primary liaison to stakeholders transitioning to the modernized NSRS being launched by the National Geodetic Survey (NGS).

Amanda brings more than 22 years of surveying experience spanning both field and office roles, including service with the U.S. Air Force and the Texas Department of Transportation’s Corpus Christi District. Over the past decade, she has managed professional surveying services for state, city, and county projects. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Survey Management from Everglades University, where she graduated summa cum laude, and is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) in Texas.
