Louis has been part of CBI since 2024, where he began as a Student Research Assistant for CBI Analytics & Technology Solutions (CATS). As End User Support Specialist I, he provides technical support and manages computing resources for CBI, while also assisting with system administration and cloud infrastructure that supports research and operational systems.

Louis received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a concentration in Cyber Security from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. While pursuing his undergraduate degree, he served as CTF Coordinator for the Islander Cyber Society, TAMU-CC’s cyber defense club, leading competitive hacking teams in events such as the National Cyber League and Hack the Box, and supporting community cybersecurity outreach.
