Seneca Holland holds a Master of Arts in Geography from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Florida State University. From 2009 to 2012, Seneca worked as a Geospatial Research Associate at TAMUCC and from 2012 to 2017 she taught in the Geographic Information Science (GIS) Program in the School of Engineering and Computing Sciences at TAMUCC. Before returning to TAMUCC in 2022, she worked as the Senior GIS Developer for the Katy Independent School District.
